Aspen Graphics x GKTech Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Giveaway Start & End Date:
The giveaway will begin on 07/03/2025 and end on 21/03/2025. Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible for participation.

2. Eligibility:
To participate, entrants must be following Aspen Autostyle and GKTech on their respective social media platforms at the time of entry.

3. How to Enter:

For each eligible product you purchase from our giveaway store, you’ll receive entries based on the item’s value:

  • Hoodie = 6 entries

  • Vinyl Application Kit = 4 entries

  • Stickers & Keychains = 2 entries

To complete your entry:
1️⃣ Make a purchase of any eligible products
2️⃣ Follow both @Aspen.co_ and @GKTech on Instagram
3️⃣ Share our official giveaway post on your Instagram story

4. Apparel Sizing:
Aspen Graphics can accommodate apparel sizing for the giveaway items. However, GKTech is unable to accommodate sizing requests for any products related to the giveaway.

5. Winner Selection:
The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the end date of the giveaway. The selection will be made on 21/03/2025, and the winners will be notified via Instagram DM. If the winner does not respond within 30 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Details:
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other products.

7. General Terms:

  • This giveaway is open to everyone.

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and confirm that all information provided is accurate.

  • Aspen Autostyle and GKTech reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

  • Employees, affiliates, or contractors of Aspen Autostyle and GKTech, or their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

8. Liability Disclaimer:
Aspen Autostyle and GKTech will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the acceptance or use of the prize. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Aspen Autostyle and GKTech from any liability.

9. Privacy:
By entering, participants agree that their information may be used for the purposes of the giveaway, including contacting the winner and verifying eligibility. No personal information will be shared with third parties without consent.
